Fairmont Chateau Whistler Hotel
Hotel guest rooms are available at the Chateau Whistler Hotel at the conference negotiated conference rate starting at:
$385 & $415/night + taxes
Reservations will be accepted in the group block up to March 3, 2024. Once the rooms are sold out regular rates will apply. Please book now, before sold out. (Note, the hotel often sells out before March 3rd. Once rooms are sold out we will not have access to more rooms)
Guests may also call the In-House Reservations Department at 1-800-441-1414.
If the In-House team is not available, the call will automatically be forwarded to the hotels Global Reservations Centre (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

Hotel Cancellations:
Rooms may be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival. If rooms are cancelled within the 72 hour window, 1 night’s room and tax will be charged to their credit card on file.
